Everything you need to know about Insure AMS, the platform, the integrations, and how it all works.
Insure AMS vs. Traditional AMS
Traditional AMS platforms are built to manage policies after they bind. They handle records storage, policy administration, and document management. Policy management itself stays at the carrier level, and the AMS functions as a pass-through of data from sources like Ivans and E&S policy management. Insure AMS builds our agency management solution on HubSpot and handles the front end of the agency: new business sales, client service, renewals, and retention. We also sync policy data from the AMS into HubSpot, making client service more productive and efficient by giving service teams a complete view of the client relationship in one place. Where a traditional AMS stores what happened, Insure AMS drives what happens next.
It is both. Insure AMS follows a Software-with-a-Service (SWAS) model. The platform is built inside your HubSpot instance and the Insure AMS team configures it, optimizes it to your agency's workflow, and trains your team. You do not receive a login and a manual. You receive a running system with the people who built it standing behind it.
Insure Automation Solutions, Inc. is the company behind Insure AMS. It is a Delaware C-Corp headquartered in Tampa, Florida, created out of SalesPower and DPA Services, LLC.
Insure AMS grew out of SalesPower and DPA Services, LLC. SalesPower was a digital marketing and HubSpot consultancy that focused exclusively on insurance agencies beginning in 2019. The work of building HubSpot systems for insurance agencies led to PowerSync, AMS Canvas, and ultimately Insure AMS as a dedicated platform. SalesPower is winding down and its clients and IP are transferring to Insure Automation Solutions, Inc.
HubSpot & Platform
HubSpot is one of the most proven sales and service platforms in the world, trusted by over 258,000 businesses. Companies using HubSpot CRM close 50% more deals and report a 505% ROI over three years. Building a proprietary platform from scratch would take years to reach the same capability. Insure AMS configures what HubSpot already does well for the specific workflows of insurance agencies.
Yes. You purchase the HubSpot license directly from HubSpot. Insure AMS builds and configures the system inside your HubSpot instance. You own the license, the data, and the system outright. There is no dependency on Insure AMS to keep HubSpot running.
We always recommend clients license at least HubSpot Sales Hub Enterprise or Service Hub Enterprise. The platform-wide benefits that come with Enterprise, including custom objects, the ability to log in as another user, additional properties, and additional pipelines, are worth the cost. Contact Insure AMS for guidance on the right license for your specific build.
Neither. Insure AMS is the company name. We build a fully configured HubSpot environment built specifically for your agency. It is not a plugin installed from the App Marketplace, and it is not a template you receive and set up on your own. The Insure AMS team builds the pipelines, automations, sequences, dashboards, and integrations inside your HubSpot instance, tailored to your workflow. That said, Insure Automation Solutions does develop and offer HubSpot applications available in the HubSpot Marketplace as part of our service, including PowerSync AMS.
The system is yours. You own the HubSpot license, the configuration, and all the data inside it. If you end the relationship with Insure AMS, your HubSpot instance continues to run exactly as it was built. There is no lock-in and no dependency on Insure AMS to keep the platform functioning. What does change is access to any integrations or applications developed and offered by Insure Automation Solutions, such as PowerSync AMS and AMS Canvas. Those will no longer be available to you once the relationship ends.
PowerSync AMS
PowerSync AMS is a data integration platform developed by Insure Automation Solutions that connects your agency management system to HubSpot. It converts policy and client records from your AMS into a contact-centric format that HubSpot automation, AI tools, and reporting can act on. Policy numbers, effective dates, coverage types, and premium amounts all become visible and actionable inside HubSpot.
PowerSync currently integrates with HawkSoft and Momentum (formerly NowCerts). These are the two supported AMS platforms as of the current release.
Insure Automation Solutions, Inc. welcomes the opportunity to integrate PowerSync with other insurance AMS platforms and third-party systems. If a PowerSync integration does not exist for a particular AMS, it is either because no one has requested one yet or because the AMS provider did not permit the integration to be built. If you are running an AMS that is not currently supported and would like to discuss an integration, contact us directly.
No. PowerSync reads data from your AMS and writes it into HubSpot. It does not modify your AMS configuration, policies, or records. Your AMS continues to operate exactly as it does today.
Yes. PowerSync AMS is officially listed in the HubSpot App Marketplace and is one of the few insurance-specific integrations to receive HubSpot certification.
Every policy goes through an automated review each time it is updated and on other important dates in the policy lifecycle. This automated review checks that data is complete, current, and consistent with what renewal, retention, and tiering processes need. Nothing waits for a manual audit or export cycle.
AMS Canvas
AMS Canvas is a patent-pending application and interface layer developed by Insure Automation Solutions. It goes beyond the storage limits of a standard CRM, giving HubSpot users a single pane of glass to add, view, and edit data from one or more records and third-party sources. It provides a consistent, purpose-built interface for specific roles so each user sees and interacts with exactly the data relevant to their job.
Standard HubSpot forms are designed for lead capture and are tied to single records. AMS Canvas workspaces can pull data from multiple HubSpot records and external sources simultaneously and display them in a single interface. They can store thousands of data points per record in secure encrypted form, beyond the column limits of standard HubSpot properties. Each workspace is custom-designed for a specific user role and task.
AMS Canvas is a patent-pending application and interface layer developed by Insure Automation Solutions, Inc..
Yes. Every Canvas Workspace begins as a standard HTML file. Clients can build that HTML themselves, have the Insure AMS team build it, or use any AI tool to generate it. Once the HTML is ready, Insure AMS converts it into a fully integrated workspace connected to HubSpot authentication, data sources, and write-back.
No. The workspace is built from standard HTML, which can be created by the Insure AMS team or generated by any AI tool. Once the HTML exists, Insure AMS handles the integration. Clients who want to update a workspace later can do so by updating the HTML and having it re-integrated, without a developer.
AMS Canvas uses two storage tiers. Select data is written to native HubSpot properties so it is available for standard reporting, automation, and search. The rest is stored as secure, encrypted data within the HubSpot environment but outside the column limits of standard properties. This encrypted data is invisible in generic CRM views but fully visible and editable inside the Canvas Workspace.
The Quoting Center
The Insure AMS Quoting Center is a structured interview and intake platform for personal and commercial insurance sales. It gives producers custom interface forms for conducting insurance interviews, integrates with third-party data sources for prefilling form data, and connects directly to quoting applications. All information collected during an interview is saved and available for future use, including re-quoting lost prospects.
The Quoting Center integrates with Gaya for quoting, Canopy Connect for current coverage data prefill, and Fenris for enriched prospect data prefill.
During a producer interview, the producer can pull Canopy Connect data on demand to prefill the intake form with the prospect's current coverage details, vehicle information, and household data. This reduces the time spent asking questions the client has already answered elsewhere and improves the accuracy of the data going into the quote.
Fenris data can be imported on demand during the interview to enrich prospect information and prefill intake form fields. This gives producers a more complete picture of the prospect before the first quote is run and reduces manual data entry throughout the conversation.
Data collected in the Quoting Center interview flows directly into Gaya's quoting engine without a separate data entry step. The producer interviews once and the quote follows from it automatically, creating a seamless path from intake to issued quote.
Yes. Insure AMS provides pre-built personal and commercial lines interview forms that agencies can use out of the box. Agencies that want a custom interview can build their own using any AI tool and have it converted into a fully integrated AMS Canvas workspace connected to HubSpot and the quoting workflow.
New Business Sales
Insure AMS builds a complete sales system on HubSpot configured for insurance: separate pipelines for personal and commercial lines, automated follow-up sequences, lead routing, producer workspaces, and owner dashboards. HubSpot is built for sales teams. Insure AMS configures it specifically for how insurance agencies sell.
Yes. Insure AMS builds separate sales pipelines for personal lines and commercial lines. Personal lines pipelines focus on fast follow-up and quote-to-bind speed. Commercial lines pipelines are built for 60-180 day sales cycles, multi-stakeholder tracking, and X-date management.
Personal lines pipelines are built for speed: quick lead-to-quote cycles, automated follow-up sequences, and stall detection. Commercial lines pipelines are built for complexity: longer cycles of 60-180 days, multi-stakeholder tracking, appointment-setter to producer handoff workflows, X-date capture, and structured re-engagement for cold accounts approaching renewal with their current carrier.
Closed-loop Lost Prospect Management is a process built into the Insure AMS new business sales system that keeps quoted prospects who did not buy visible in the pipeline, timed around their X date, and automatically re-entered into the sales process at the right moment. Prospects stay in the cycle until a producer actively disqualifies them. The agency retains the value of every dollar invested in generating and quoting that prospect.
HubSpot automation sends follow-up emails and creates tasks on schedule based on where a deal is in the pipeline. Stalled deals are flagged automatically and trigger re-engagement sequences. Lost prospects re-enter outreach sequences timed to their policy expiration date. Producers see their daily priority queue in the HubSpot workspace without managing follow-up manually.
Quoting requires the client's approval, so producers cannot quote without it. What the Quoting Center makes possible is a much faster path: the producer reaches out for a quick approval, and once the prospect agrees, goes straight to the quote using all the information saved from the original interview, including line items and policy premium totals. The prospect is not asked to start over, and the producer arrives at the quoting conversation fully prepared. This changes the nature of the conversation and improves close rates on re-quoted business.
With line items and premium totals from previous quotes stored in the system, producers can see the value of each lost prospect at a glance and rank them accordingly. This gives producers a quick-view decision-making tool to identify which lost prospects are worth pursuing first, which are worth reaching out to for approval to re-quote, and which can be deprioritized.
Service & Support
Insure AMS builds a complete service system on HubSpot Service Hub configured for insurance. Every client request becomes a structured ticket with a stage, an owner, SLA timers, and escalation rules. Automated routing assigns tickets to the right CSR based on line of business, account type, or team capacity. Managers see ticket volume, response times, and resolution rates in real time.
Tasks are informal and untracked. They live in individual calendars and inboxes with no visibility, no escalation, and no SLA enforcement. Tickets are structured: they have stages, owners, deadlines, routing rules, and escalation workflows. When a CSR is out, their tickets redistribute automatically. When a ticket ages past the SLA threshold, it escalates without anyone having to notice.
Tickets route automatically to the right CSR based on rules configured to the agency's structure, such as line of business, account tier, or team capacity. When a team member is unavailable, routing adjusts automatically. Tickets that age past configured SLA thresholds escalate to a supervisor, account manager, or agency owner without requiring manual intervention.
Renewal Management
Insure AMS builds a structured renewal management process on HubSpot that treats every renewal as a deal moving through a pipeline. Each policy attached to the client is tracked as a line item within the renewal deal. Client tiering determines the level of renewal activity allocated to each client. Policy outcomes are updated in real time by renewal agents, giving agency owners live visibility into premium retention.
Client tiering is a classification system that determines the level of renewal and service activity each client receives. Clients are categorized into tiers based on criteria including lines of business, total premium, and premium change thresholds. Each tier has a defined renewal process and outreach cadence. Agencies define their own tier criteria and tier names to match their book and standards.
The default tier structure uses four tiers: VIP, Gold, Silver, and Bronze. VIP clients receive the highest level of proactive attention. Bronze clients move through a mostly automated renewal process. Agencies are not limited to these names or this structure. Tier names and definitions are fully configurable to match each agency's book, preferences, and service model.
The annual insurance review is a survey sent to every client, timed to their most important policy, that asks about changes in their life or business since the last review. The responses surface coverage gaps, cross-sell opportunities, and up-sell conversations for renewal agents before the renewal call takes place.
Timing the review to the most important policy ensures the client receives the survey when it is most relevant to their coverage situation. For clients with multiple policies, the most important policy is typically the one with the highest premium or broadest coverage, making it the natural anchor point for a complete review of the client relationship rather than an arbitrary calendar date.
Policy outcomes are updated in real time by renewal agents in HubSpot. Every policy that renews, cancels, moves to a competitor, or lapses is recorded as it happens. Agency owners see premium retention rates live in their dashboard rather than waiting for month-end reports. Early visibility gives the team time to intervene on at-risk accounts before they are lost.
Every policy in the system goes through an automated review each time it is updated and on other important dates in the policy lifecycle. This review checks that data is complete, current, and consistent with what the renewal process needs. Accurate policy data drives tiering calculations, renewal outreach timing, annual review triggers, and retention dashboards.
Implementation & Ownership
Implementation timelines vary by solution. Individual solutions such as New Business Sales or Service and Support are typically delivered in 60 days or less. The full agency management build (The AMS) is delivered in phases in less than six months. Timelines are confirmed during the initial working session based on your specific scope.
No. Insure AMS builds the entire system inside your HubSpot instance. Your team provides access, inputs on your workflow and process, and availability for training. The system is delivered ready to use on day one.
After the build is complete, Insure AMS transitions to a support mode that includes access to a client portal, priority response for questions, continued optimization, and workflow adjustments as your team grows. Support continues after the engagement ends.
Insure AMS delivers software-with-a-service (SWaS) for insurance agencies. SWAS stands for Software-with-a-Service. It means the platform comes with the people who built it. Insure AMS builds the system inside your HubSpot instance, configures it to your workflow, optimizes it as your team uses it, and trains your people. The goal is a system your team owns and runs, not one that depends on us to maintain.
Yes. You purchase the HubSpot license directly. Insure AMS builds the system inside it. When the engagement ends, the system is yours outright. There is no lock-in, no per-user fee from Insure AMS for running the system, and no dependency on Insure AMS to keep HubSpot functioning.
Per-user and per-client fees will apply to specific platform products when they launch. The Quoting Center and AMS Canvas are moving toward usage-based pricing tied to active users and clients. Contact Insure AMS for current pricing details. The core HubSpot build does not carry Insure AMS per-user fees.
Why HubSpot
HubSpot customers report closing 50% more deals after implementing Sales Hub. Teams using HubSpot CRM generate 129% more inbound leads and are 128% more likely to rate their sales strategy as effective compared to teams not using a CRM. The average customer reports a 505% return on investment over three years. These are figures HubSpot publishes from its own customer data, not projections.
HubSpot Service Hub gives service teams a structured ticketing system with automated routing, SLA tracking, and escalation rules. 89% of HubSpot customers report increased productivity on the platform. Service Hub customers with AI-assisted tools see measurably faster ticket resolution times. For insurance agencies, this means CSRs spend less time managing an inbox and more time handling accounts that require real attention.
79% of HubSpot users report the platform is easy to use within the first six weeks after purchase. This is one of HubSpot's consistent advantages over more complex enterprise CRM platforms that require months of onboarding. For insurance agencies, fast adoption matters: a system producers and CSRs find easy to use is a system they actually use. Insure AMS builds the configuration and trains your team, which shortens the time from purchase to productive use even further.
HubSpot has over 258,000 paying customers in 135+ countries as of early 2025, with a customer base that grew at a 22% compound annual growth rate from 2019 to 2024. It holds approximately 35% of the marketing automation market and is consistently ranked the number one CRM for ease of use and customer satisfaction by G2. More than 200,000 professionals hold HubSpot certifications. It is one of the most widely adopted business platforms in the world.
HubSpot combines sales, service, and marketing in a single platform with a proven track record of productivity and ROI. For insurance agencies, the key advantages are pipeline visibility, automated follow-up sequences, structured ticketing, and real-time reporting, all in one place without needing to stitch together multiple tools. HubSpot also has one of the largest integration ecosystems in the industry, with over 1,500 integrations, including the PowerSync AMS integration developed by Insure Automation Solutions. Most competing CRM platforms require more technical overhead to configure and more time to adopt. HubSpot is designed to be usable from day one and scalable as the agency grows.
HubSpot ships AI improvements to its sales, service, and reporting infrastructure on a consistent quarterly cadence. For sales teams, AI tools assist with email drafting, call summarization, and deal prioritization, saving reps up to two hours per day on administrative tasks. For service teams, AI-assisted response drafting helps CSRs handle routine requests faster and with more consistency. HubSpot's AI tools are built into the platform natively, not added as a separate subscription, which means every agency using HubSpot has access to them as the platform evolves.
For phone systems, Insure AMS recommends Aircall. Aircall is HubSpot's most-installed calling and messaging partner and has been named HubSpot's Co-selling Partner of the Year three years in a row. Every call, SMS, and voicemail syncs automatically to HubSpot contacts, deals, and tickets in real time. Power dialing, AI call transcription, and inbound routing are all built in and connected to HubSpot workflows. For SMS and Ringless Voicemail, Insure AMS recommends SalesMSG. SalesMSG is a two-way SMS, MMS, and Ringless Voicemail platform built for HubSpot. Texts sync to contacts, deals, and tickets, and workflow automation triggers outreach sequences, renewal reminders, and follow-ups directly from HubSpot. Both Aircall and SalesMSG are certified in the HubSpot App Marketplace. Beyond those recommendations, many other popular phone systems integrate with HubSpot and log call activities automatically to the contact, deal, or ticket record. Kixie, RingCentral, LightSpeed, GoTo, CallRail, Dialpad, and Vonage are just a few of the phone system integrations available. Beyond certified integrations, many other phone and SMS platforms connect to HubSpot through its open API, so if you are already using a platform not listed here, it may still integrate with HubSpot directly.
FLNG.ai
FLNG.ai is an AI-powered form, survey, and quiz publishing platform. It takes HTML built by any AI tool and makes it live, handling HubSpot CRM sync, bot blocking, SSL hosting, and email delivery automatically. Agencies use it to publish custom intake forms, prospect surveys, and renewal questionnaires that feed directly into HubSpot without a developer or third-party integration chain.
FLNG.ai was developed and is supported by Insure Automation Solutions, Inc.
Every form submission through FLNG.ai creates or updates a contact in HubSpot in real time, with full field mapping configured on setup. The integration is built in and requires no Zapier connection or custom webhook. Submissions flow directly into HubSpot and are available immediately for automation, pipeline creation, and reporting.
